PASADENA >> Police arrested a parolee and a second man with a loaded gun and masks after they followed a frightened Pasadena woman driving home early Sunday, authorities said.
Investigators believe the officers prevented a robbery that was about to unfold, said Pasadena police Lt. John Mercado.
