LOS ANGELES -- A former English teacher at the prestigious Marlborough School in Hancock Park pleaded guilty today to having sexual relationships with two female former students and was sentenced to one year in county jail and five years probation.
Joseph Thomas Koetters, 48, of Santa Monica, must also complete a 52- week sex offender therapy course and register for life as a sex offender.
