A man devoured two stolen bags of potato chips at a local store on Sunday, washed them down with a stolen can of beer then sneaked into somebody's backyard to swim naked in their pool.
Police cut short his skinny-dipping - La Habra Police Sgt. Jose Rocha said officers arrested the man, 24-year-old Joshua Campos, who they believe was homeless.
