The Monterey Park Police Department suspect an Alhambra man of sexual assaulting two victims and is asking any other potential victims to come forward.
According to a statement from the department, the man, identified as 35-year-old resident Angel Cano, approached two males Wednesday, Aug. 2 "in front of a CVS in the city of Alhambra and told them he would pay them to go to his hair salon to try some new hair products.
