MONTEBELLO >> Officer checking a call of gunfire in a neighborhood found a woman who had been fatally shot Sunday night, police said.
Paramedics pronounced the woman dead at the scene, according to Coroner's spokesman Ed Winter. He did not release the woman's name because her next of kin has not been notified.
