ARCADIA >> A Temple City man was arrested on the suspicion of drunken driving and hit-and-run early Tuesday morning after he left his car, which caught on fire, officials said.
David Santillan, 47, fled the scene of several traffic collisions and, after being arrested by police, was transported to a hospital for treatment of a minor injury," Arcadia Police Department officials said in a written statement.
