BALDWIN PARK >> One man died after two men armed with handguns shot at three people Monday night.
The coroner's office has not identified the dead man. But coroner's spokesman Brian Elias described the man as Latino and a Baldwin Park resident.
The shooting appears to be gang-related - the two suspects asked the victims about gang affiliation, according to Joe Mendoza of the Sheriff's Homicide Bureau.
