Singer and reality star Ray J says he's "real upset" about the police presence outside fellow performer Chris Brown's home.
The Los Angeles Police Department served a search warrant on the Tarzana residence Tuesday afternoon in an effort to "communicate with" Brown after a woman called for help outside of the home hours earlier.
