GLENDALE -- A "police taxi" with a distinctive paint job is being deployed around the city of Glendale to discourage people from drinking and driving, police said today
The front half of the Ford Crown Victoria is painted like a standard black-and-white police car, but the back half is painted bright yellow with the word "taxi" on the side.
