ALHAMBRA >> A man was arrested for possession of heroin Tuesday at a business parking lot, authorities said.
Alhambra police responded to a call from a business owner at 7:11 a.m. about unwanted people and litter on the 500 block of E. Main Street, Lt. Gabriel Ponce said.
They found a man and woman in a car they seemed to be living in.
