Elderly woman in wheelchair fights off would-be robber in Pasadena

PASADENA >> A 76-year-old woman in a wheelchair fought off a would-be robber who tried to steal her purse and necklace Thursday, police said.

The failed crime took place about 11:50 a.m. as the victim was sitting in her wheelchair at
