BOYLE HEIGHTS >> A 24-year-old man was dragged more than a hundred feet and killed Monday by a car, and the motorist backed up to dislodge the body before speeding away.
Los Angeles police said it happened just after midnight on Cesar E. Chavez at Chicago avenues, where the pedestrian crossed Chavez from the north and was dragged underneath the vehicle for more than 100 feet.
