POMONA >> On the night that Roberto Fuentes was arrested in connection with a fatal firebombing at a South El Monte tire shop, the Baldwin Park resident told an informant that he and his friends assumed people were sleeping at the business when they set the structure ablaze, investigators said Tuesday.
