FONTANA >> A body was found buried in a backyard here and the man who lives in the home has been arrested, according to the Fontana Police Department.
Cesar Rosales, 40, of Fontana was arrested and booked into West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga on suspicion of homicide. He's being held without bail.
